Well Valentines day is creeping up on us, and I had a lot of things planned for you. Alas RL got in the way and i only got a couple of them done. But, that doesn't mean we can't get excited because I have a couple valentine theme products for you!!! Oh and a contest....read below for the contest info :)

Boo's Valentine Heart Lapdance Chair

 As I said i would have a new lapdance product for Valentines, I am delivering you one!

 The bed comes in 4 versions. Unisex, Lesbian and D/S versions of both. So if you don't want the D/S menu's, you can still get the bed goodness without paying the extra for them!! And if you do want them, well you can get the versions with them!!

Get Outdoors with BOO!!!

Hey blog reading peoples!! I have a couple new releases for you this week. 2 of which are alternate versions of a product I released last year, mainly just different designs to give some variety.

Boo's Pier of Romance II and Boo's Pier of Romance III

These are very similar to the Pier of Romance I, however they only come in a single Deluxe style, and in are designed differently. The Pier II is a Canopy Pier, which some people had asked me for after the initial release, and The Pier III is a version without any rails or canopy or lanterns at all, which I have been asked to make as well.

The only main difference you will see in Animation menu's is on Pier III, where I removed a few (rail specific) and added a few (mostly under the friends menu). Otherwise you're getting the same great quality Pier as I have released in the past.

Pier II sells for 1099L, and is 23 prims

Pier III sells for 899L and is only 9 prims!

Next up I have a new basic patio table and chair set, with Female and Male sits. This was created using the Perfect Sitter system, so no pose balls required, yet can adjust your positions to fit your avatar!! Comes in 7 Colors, 4 seats, 6 animations per seat (2 Male and 2 Female) and is only 8 prims.

The BOO is Back!!!

Hello!!

I finally got some products finished and ready for release after having been distracted by tv since xmas lol. So lets not waste too much time yabbering on and saying sorry for taking so long...lets get right to the products!!

First up, my favorite new product:

This one is a nice Laundry room set with a animated Menu. It comes only in Unisex with Boy/Girl and Girl/Girl menus, is 18 prims and sells for a nice low price of 650L. Made with some very nice sculpted prims and containing 68 Quality animations, laundry has never been so much fun!!

It is available at the Boo's Main store and on the marketplace.

Next up, I have another bed named for a friend in the Classic series, The Shieva, which comes in 5 colors, and contains Single, Friends, Couples, Threesome and D/S animations. It also includes a new solo menu not on any of my other beds for "chained" animations. This is good for Captive Roleplay.

Unisex version contains 235 Animations, the Lesbian version 180. 15 Prims and Modify/Transfer

Last but not least I have a new couples couch, in both Unisex and Lesbian flavors. Comes in 6 Colors, and are packed full of all the animations you love to have!

It weighs in at 16 prims, the unisex version having 192 Animations and the Lesbian version having 123

Slacker......

Todays blog is brought to you by the show 24, which everyone else watched ages ago, but I only discovered when the series box sets dropped to 14.99 a season. Also brought to you by me being a Slacker and unable to stop watching it.

In my last entry I talked about all these plans for Boo's this month, and how you would be seeing some new products soon. Well, 8 days into Jan and I haven't actually gotten to far.

So.....sorry about that.

The truth is, I don't have cable, so most of my tv viewing comes from downloading or dvd box sets. My usual routine is to sit down and watch a episode of something while I eat, then get back to whatever I am working on.

But this fucking show 24 has a habit of ending on a cliffhanger every single episode! Including the end of each season! I suppose it should be expected actually, considering the kind of show it is, but having up to season 6 on dvd is actually dangerous for the first time viewer. I don't have a forced wait period to see what happens next.

And every time I say to myself "i'll get something done after this episode" I find myself getting to the end and going "ah I can watch one more....". At least when it was airing, those people watching were forced to wait and could get other things done.

It's like tv crack and I have a endless supply!

That said, I am almost done season 4, and I am determined, in the same way CTU is determined, to get some shit done! :) so once I wrap up Tue season I am going to get hard at work on the new products and delay the aim redesign for another week while I do them.

I have 4 almost finished products so they will be the next releases. Expect them by next Wednesday.

Don't worry, I haven't forgotten you, or sl for that matter. Just got sidetracked! But never fear, the Boo is on the case, and will be back in the swing of things in no time!

Hi!!

I hope everyone had a great holiday! If it was anything like mine then you saw family, ate way too much, had a few drinks, got Glee on DVD (YAY!), and just let yourself be lazy for a bit! On top of all that, Boo’s Bits had a very successful year, and ended with a bang! So thank you all for that!

I have had a very nice break from making things, which was needed, more so than I originally thought to be honest. It really gave me a chance to reset the wheels in my head and put some thought into what is next for Boo’s Bits and me over the next year. I am pleased to say that I have some fun things in mind for this year, and we'll continue to release new products and expand as a SL Business.

I'd like to share with you the rough plan for Boo's over the next couple of months, to give you an idea of what kind of stuff I'll be up to. Anything I list here is subject to change......I don't generally set plans too often as I hate when I don't reach goals, but this year I am doing a lot of things differently, in RL and in SL, so it seemed like as good a time as any to try setting some.

So without further delay, here is the Boo's Bits Business plan for the first quarter of 2011!

January

The big change in Jan, is going to be some remodeling of the Boo's Bits store at the Isle of Boo. I started in December but put it on hold over the holidays. My goal is to finish the remodeling by Mid Janurary, with very little interruption to regular accessibility to the sim. There may be a Wednesday when the sim can’t be accessed for a couple hours, but when that day comes I'll send a notice.

Also in January there will be 4 new Bed Releases, 1 Couch Release, a new Firepit, A Swing and a new Pier. Information on those products will come as released.

Some products will be retired this month as well, after reviewing all the sales data for the past year, there are just some things I made that nobody wanted (cries). Each of these products will be marked for retirement in the next few days, and will remain there until the remodelling is complete. Then they will be removed forever. So when you see the retirement sign, be sure you snag them while you can!

February/March

February is going to be Prefab month, where I switch my focus from Furniture for a bit and back to making some buildings for the Lil Town Series. I have had a lot of requests for more like that, so I specifically get dedicated to that this month.

On the agenda are the following buildings: Apartment Complex, Live Music Venue, Police Station, Community Center, Government Research Center, Lil Town Park and Two new Residential homes

I don’t expect to have all of those finished in February, but my goal is that at least a few those get done.

Even though February is going to be Prefab month, I will be releasing a special Lapdance Product as well, in time for Valentines Day. More info to come on Release

This month will also be the launch of the Boo's Bits PG Store, which will carry many of the products my regular store carries, but with all adult or mature content removed.

The launch will depend on when I find a good slice of land to use for it. Know of some nice Mainland PG for sale? Send me a notecard in SL and I’ll have a peek!

Will put up another blog in a few days about the Jazz club I am opening on Isle of Boo. I'm pretty excited about it! Watch for that in a few days! New releases will start again in a week so keep an eye out for those too!

The BOO is near....limited edition releases and a new bed!!

Hey everyone!!

This will be my last set of new releases for 2010 (not including the group gift which will be sent later this week). Seems my little hobby, that exploded with the lapdance chair release, has turned into a pretty significant part time job...so I'm booking myself some vacation time :) This past year i have worked really really hard to make some really great products, and thanks to all of you it looks like i can keep that up in the new year.

So...thanks...and stuff :)

Anyway, enough of that mushy stuff, here are the releases!!

Limited Edition Holiday Product Alert!!

This Gingerbread house sits on a 20x20 sculpted snowbank, comes with fireplace, Xmas tree, chair, bed and rug pillows...all made as candy as i could make them!  if you want something super cute to spend some time in over the holidays, this might be up your alley!!

The fireplace is similar to the one i included with the Holiday Rug set, and has the same animations in it. The Chair is a candy textured version of the squishy chair. The pillow sets by the fireplace contain 9 Single sits each, and the bed contains 3 couples animations and 3 single animations.

This one is only going to be available until Jan 2 like the other holiday gifts, so if you think you'd like one, get em while you can.

The whole thing is only 500L and on display on the prefab platform now

 Boo's Snowglobe Dance Pad

I've been working on some dance pads for some time. I included a few samplers in my Lil Town Adult Club, but i never did get around to releasing them (probably will in the new year, i just want more than one design to release). But I am releasing one I put together after having one of those fleeting ideas that make you giggle.

Build as a oversize snow globe, it has particle snow and a nice winter glow. I have included a single dance to get started with, but you will absolutely want to add your own.

The Snowglobe is set so you can put any dance or animation you want inside of it, and it will be listed in the drop down menu. No notecard to configure, no fancy steps to go through. just click it in build mode and drop your animation inside. You can even do it while you are already dancing.

You can either pick or choose which dance you want, or you can choose Random and have it cycle through them. The Dance Pad was scripted by Rian Jayaram, and i strongly recommend his scripts. Fantastic customer service from this gentleman :)

Sells for only 350L and is available to try in store now!!

Boo's Classics - The Porterfield

 As the other beds in the Classic series, this one comes in both a Unisex and Girl/Girl version, in 5 colors. 231 Animations for the Unisex, 174 for the Girl/Girl, and it is only 15 prims.

All the menus you expect are in there, Single, Friends, Couples and D/S.

That's it for releases and as mentioned before, there will be a group gift coming later in the week. plus if you are trying to think of a gift to get someone but are not sure what they will like, keep in mind i have gift cards in 100L, 200L, 500L and 1000L available for purchase. Boo's Main Store

Some of you might have already noticed i have moved the prefabs up to a platform for the time being. I am playing with the idea of using a different store prefab as my main store. I found an absolutely beautiful one that i have been thinking of using, but the more i set it up, the more i think what I have already is working...so it remains to be seen what will happen with that. Either way, there will be some renovating for sure....so if you pop by the sim and see bits of store all over the place...that is probably why. lol.

Boo's PG Store

With the coming teens to the main grid, and being limited to PG parcels, I have decided to purchase me a little mainland to open a Boo's store for the kiddies. The store will contain many of my products, but with all mature content removed (sorry kids, no lapdance for you!!). Look for that sometime in January or February. Will give it a trial and if it works out then great! if not, then no big loss. Can't hurt to try :)

Boo's Jazz Club

Oh opening a club is so cliche isn't it? Well I'm doing it anyway! Not just another best in contest club, this will be aimed more at couples dancing.  Will give you more information on that after the New Year

Boo's Products, group gifts and release dates

I will continue to spend time making new things for you, and i already have a list that includes home bars, corner kitchens, swings, club furniture, more beds, more couches, more lapdance products.....also more prefabs (lil town series police station, restaurant, bakery, Community Center, Warehouse II, TV Studio and School)

I will also continue doing the group gifts every month, as well as the deal of the week in the Boo's pink truck. In addition to that, I will be (finally) setting up a group vendor! This will be for select new releases at a reduced rate only for people who have subscribed to my group. That will come in January

And due to RL work getting a bit more demanding I will be changing release dates from the Thursday/Friday to Wednesdays and Saturdays, every 2 weeks instead of every week.

Boo's Blog

The Blog for the most part has been used to mimic these notices, but I'm going to change the way i use it in the new year to maybe get a few more people peeking at it. You will see release announcements a day before release dates, as well as more ramblings about running the Boo's business, Fun things with the Jazz club and the trials and tribulations of making products (because lord knows there are many!)

The Classic Boo!! The Holiday Boo!! the Squishy Boo!!! New Releases!!

Hey everyone!!

A bit later than i hoped to get this notice out, but it's been a crazy week with RL and SL. But as promised I have some new products for you, including 2 new beds, a Holiday set and some squishy chairs!!

First a very brief explanation for the new naming process I am using on some things. I kinda have trouble being inventive with names, so I decided I was going to start naming some of my products after my friends! kind of a way to show my appreciation to them for giving me the time of day lol. Of course I’m sure I’ll regret it when they eventually turn on me, try to knock me off and take over my business (I'm looking at YOU Rosa -.-) but i kind of like the idea of playing tribute to them in that way.

So that out of the way, lets get on with the products shall we?

First up I have a (lame named) new Limited Edition Holiday set!!

This is a great set for you and friends to hang out and about in this festive season, sitting around the fire and Xmas tree!!

Included in this package are 3 objects. Holiday Rug that seats up to 5, Holiday Fireplace which seats 2, and a basic xmas tree prop to help with the mood.  33 prims with all parts but the Rug, Fireplace and Tree are separate so you can use one or all of them if you like!!

This limited Edition set sells for 500L and will be available only until Janurary 2nd

Next we have 2 of my new Classic series of beds, both of which i spent a long time working on and making as complete as I could. They are only available in Unisex currently, but don't worry a lesbian version will be out in the next day or so. Will send a quick notice when i do that.

First up, The Astrid! Available in 4 colors

Second up, The Synoa! Available in 5 Colors

Both are available for 1650L and contain 233 Animations, including Singles, Friends, Boy/Girl Couples, Girl/Girl Couples, Group menus and a D/S menu. I have also included a set of cuffs if you decide to use the D/S menu, but your own cuffs are most likely compatible (tested with MD Cuffs and Lockmeister)

Lastly, a nice simple basic gift for only 100L! Squishy Chairs!!! What's a Squishy chair?? Why it's a chair that is squishy of course!!! While you can't actually squish them, you can sit in them and relish in the squishy goodness!!! :)

Available in 9 Colors, each Squishy chair has 3 Female and 3 Male animations, No pose balls needed. Just place and sit!!. Make with the perfect Sitter system so you can adjust the poses yourself to fit your avatar.

Did i mention they are only 2 prims each!!

That's it for this week. By the end of the weekend the new beds will be available in a Girl/Girl version, and next friday will be my last release weekend in December as i Break for the holidays. At least 1 more bed, a dance pad, a Swing and perhaps a gingerbread house to come!!!
